Storage Platform Issue

We have received alerts to an issue with one of our storage platforms which is affecting some customers on our Gen 3 hosting platform. 

Our infrastructure team are investigating and we will be updating our status page ( with more detail once it becomes available.

Our infrastructure team are continuing to work to identify the appropriate resolution and will provide further updates as they become available

Our infrastructure team have identified the issue and are working to restore service to the impacted servers ASAP.

Storage issues resolved, impacted servers are being rebooted now to restore full operation by our sysadmin team.

The cause of the initial outage has been fully resolved as of the prior update at 22:50.

Wirehive sysadmins are investigating a handful of server's applications that have not restarted gracefully following the disruption.
